QuickBooks Time (formerly TSheets) prices differently from most time trackers. You pay a monthly base fee plus a per-user fee.
As of mid-2026, Premium is $20 base + $10 per user a month, and Elite is $40 base + $12 per user a month. The base fee is what makes the math for small teams worse than the headline suggests.
The real monthly numbers

Per head, a 10-person Premium team pays an effective $12 per user. At 50 people it settles toward $10.40. The base fee quietly costs the most for exactly the firms QuickBooks Time is marketed to: small ones.
When it's worth it anyway
There are two honest cases. First, your books are in QuickBooks and you want hours flowing into QuickBooks payroll with no export step. There, the integration is the product, and nothing else does it as natively.
Second, Elite's GPS and geofencing, if you run crews whose location genuinely needs verifying.
When it isn't
If what you actually use is timesheets, approvals and time off, and payroll runs from an exported file either way, you are paying for an integration you don't use.

Temporic has no QuickBooks sync. If you pay people through QuickBooks Payroll, you download a plain CSV payroll file of approved hours that your payroll provider can import.
