Payroll files, payroll change alerts

  • Payroll files for Gusto, ADP RUN or any other provider: download a file in the layout your provider imports (Gusto's hours upload, RUN's Time Sheet Import, or a plain CSV for QuickBooks Payroll, Paychex, Rippling, OnPay or a spreadsheet). Payroll IDs, company code and pay codes are remembered, and Temporic tells you what's missing before you download.
  • Payroll now counts approved or locked weeks only. Unapproved hours show as held back, with who holds them. Approved time off and sick hours are paid at the regular rate.
  • Changed after export: if approved hours change after you exported a period, you see it on Home and in Reports > Payroll, by name, and whoever exported gets one email once the correction is approved. Export the period again to clear it.
  • New "Last 2 weeks" preset in Export payroll.
  • Employees can take back a week they submitted to edit it, as long as nobody has reviewed it yet.
  • Every card payment on an invoice is recorded, even if a payment notification from Stripe is missed.
  • Redesigned emails, matching the app.
  • Fixes: returning a week with a reason works instead of failing, voiding an invoice frees its hours to be billed again, Billable defaults from the selected project in every place you log time, and clearing a cell on the timesheet deletes that entry.

Invoices that get paid

  • A complete invoice: both parties' addresses and tax IDs, terms, PO number, service period, one named tax (like "VAT 20%"), your logo and payment details as defaults, and hours grouped per project, per person or every entry. Invoice numbers are assigned when you issue.
  • Send invoices by email from Temporic, with replies going to your business. Automatic reminders go out 3 days before the due date, on the due date, and 7 and 14 days after.
  • Every invoice has one stable link for your client.
  • Clients can pay by card through your own Stripe account. You can still record ACH, wire or check payments.

Free accountants, a simpler app

  • Accountant workspace: invite up to 3 accountants or bookkeepers free. They see which weeks are submitted, approved or missing and who is holding them. You choose whether they can also send invoices or run payroll. They never approve or edit hours.
  • An accountant who works with several businesses uses one sign-in and switches between them. Their Clients page shows what needs them in each.
  • A new Home that shows what needs you, grouped navigation, a timesheet toolbar, Projects and Clients as tables, time off as rows, and Reports opening on Payroll.
  • A new logo lockup.

Time off balances, better reminders

  • Time off balances: set an annual allotment per leave type (all up front or accruing monthly) and everyone sees their remaining days when requesting. Requests over the balance warn the manager instead of blocking the employee. Admins can add per-person adjustments for mid-year starts.
  • Reminder emails now follow up on finished weeks left in draft, with how many hours are waiting, instead of the week still in progress. Managers get one Monday digest of what awaits review, and no email when nothing is pending.
  • Fixed broken links in notification emails.
  • Per-day hours on a time off request (like a half-day Friday) now carry through to approval correctly.
  • Every CSV, Excel and PDF export is stamped with where it came from.
  • Fixes: a running timer belongs only to the person who started it; a wrong password says so instead of blaming your internet; Log time no longer defaults to a full 8-hour day; signed-out visits to app pages go to sign-in and then back where you were headed.
  • The Approvals summary and the payroll "Ready" badge now agree with the data on their own pages.
  • New on the site: this changelog, a blog, and Clockify and Harvest comparisons.
  • A new mark: the ledger T, three day-cells and a stem on an ink tile, across the app, favicons and link previews.
  • Email verification: confirm your address with one click. Only sending team invites waits on it. Accepting an invite or signing up with Google counts as confirmed.

A visual refresh

  • A full visual refresh across the app and site: new typography, a single green accent, and a calmer, denser layout tuned separately for light and dark themes.
  • Clearer editing: anything you can type in looks like an input; computed and locked values read as plain text.

One plan, simpler product

  • Pricing moved to a single Everything plan: $4.99 per user a month ($3.99 billed annually), 30-day trial, no credit card, no base fee.
  • When a trial ends, the workspace becomes read-only. Your data stays readable and exportable, and editing resumes the moment you subscribe.
  • Merged duplicate pages, cut the navigation to what each role uses (employees see three items), and made status names consistent everywhere.
