How is Temporic different from spreadsheet-based timesheets?

Temporic gives every employee a calendar and grid view tied to their timesheet, so entries stay accurate, approvals are routed automatically, and finance never has to chase missing cells.

Can Temporic handle PTO requests and approvals?

Yes. Employees request time off, managers approve or decline it, and approved time off appears alongside logged hours so planned absences are visible when reviewing timesheets.

Does Temporic export to payroll or billing tools?

Temporic exports payroll and project data to Excel, CSV and PDF, so hours can be imported into payroll or accounting systems. There is no direct integration with those systems today.

Is Temporic secure enough for distributed teams?

Role-based permissions, lockable timesheet periods and detailed audit logs mean only the right people can edit or approve hours, and every action is recorded.

Temporic Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Temporic ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily access and use Temporic for personal or business time tracking purposes. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

Modify or copy the materials
Use the materials for any commercial purpose outside of intended time tracking
Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained in Temporic
Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

4. User Data

You retain all rights to the data you enter into Temporic, including time entries, project information, and user details. We claim no intellectual property rights over the material you provide to the Service. All data uploaded remains yours.

5. Payment Terms

For paid subscriptions:

Billing occurs monthly or annually based on your selected plan
All fees are exclusive of all taxes, levies, or duties
Refunds are provided at our sole discretion
You may cancel your subscription at any time
No refunds are provided for partial months

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time with or without notice.

7. Prohibited Uses

You may not use Temporic:

For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts
To violate any international, federal, provincial or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances
To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others
To harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate
To submit false or misleading information
To upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW:

IN NO EVENT SHALL TEMPORIC, NOR ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES, BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE.
OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY AND ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THIS AGREEMENT OR THE SERVICE, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR OTHERWISE, SHALL NOT EXCEED THE LESSER OF: (A) THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF FEES ACTUALLY PAID BY YOU TO TEMPORIC DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTH PERIOD IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM FOR WHICH YOU HAVE NOT YET RECEIVED THE SERVICES OR VALUE; OR (B) ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100).
THE LIMITATIONS SET FORTH IN THIS SECTION SHALL APPLY EVEN IF ANY LIMITED REMEDY FAILS OF ITS ESSENTIAL PURPOSE AND REGARDLESS OF WHETHER TEMPORIC HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you. In such jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT
WARRANTIES THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE
WARRANTIES REGARDING THE ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, OR COMPLETENESS OF ANY CONTENT OR INFORMATION PROVIDED THROUGH THE SERVICE

You expressly acknowledge and agree that your use of the Service is at your sole risk.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Temporic and its officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, successors, and assigns from and against any and all losses, damages, liabilities, deficiencies, claims, actions, judgments, settlements, interest, awards, penalties, fines, costs, or expenses of whatever kind, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from or relating to: (a) your use or misuse of the Service; (b) your breach of this Agreement; or (c) your violation of any third-party rights, including any intellectual property rights or privacy rights.

12. Data Backup

While we perform regular backups, you are solely responsible for maintaining backups of your data. We recommend exporting your data regularly.

13. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
