Every active teammate is a seat, whatever their role. Deactivated people and accountants are not. Billing shows your seat count, what the next charge will be, and when.
Example: Brightline Studio has 6 active people and pays monthly: 6 × $4.99 = $29.94 a month. Paying annually, it would be $287.28 a year.
The workspace becomes read-only: everyone can still see and export their data, but nobody can log or approve time until an admin subscribes. Nothing is deleted.
Your bill follows your team. Add someone partway through a billing period and you're charged right away for the days left; deactivate someone and you get a credit for the unused days.
Example: adding a person halfway through a 30-day monthly period costs about $2.50 for the rest of that period, then $4.99 a month.
On Billing, the Refer a team card has your referral link. When a team you refer pays their first invoice, that amount comes off your next bill, up to a month of your plan. The card lists each team you referred and whether its credit is pending or applied.
Click Cancel subscription at the bottom of Billing. You keep full access until the end of the period you've paid for.
