Billable Rates Hierarchy
The system determines the billable rate for a time entry based on the following priority:
Creating Invoices
- 1. Create: Go to Invoices → New invoice. Select a client and date range.
- 2. Import time: Unbilled time entries are automatically pulled in.
- 3. Review: Add manual items, adjust quantities, or add notes.
- 4. Track: Mark the invoice as sent, then as paid, as it moves along.
* Invoices use the rate that was active when the work was logged.

Payment & Billing
Payment Provider
Secure payment processing via Stripe. Temporic never sees or stores your card details.
Billing Cycle & Proration
Monthly billing on the same day you upgraded. Your billing automatically adjusts when you add or remove users.
Adding Users
When you add a user, you're charged immediately for the remaining days in your billing period.
Days remaining: 15 of 30 (50%)
Prorated charge: $2.50 (billed immediately)
Removing Users
When you deactivate a user, you receive a prorated credit for the unused days.
Days remaining: 10 of 30 (33%)
Prorated credit: $1.66 (applied to your account)
Downgrading
You can cancel your subscription at any time. You'll retain access until the end of your billing period.
Cancellation
Cancel subscription any time - you'll have access until the end of your current billing period.
